For this you will need:
300g pork cutlets (alternatively turkey, chicken or veal)
- 100ml whipped cream
- 1 onion
- 1TL oil
Easy and quick to prepare
This is how it works:
Halve the peeled onion and cut into slices. Fry the meat in hot oil and add the onion. Add 300ml water and 100ml cream, stir in the contents of the bag and bring to the boil. Cook on low heat for about 3 minutes, stirring occasionally.
It goes well with spaetzle and a salad.
