La seule que j'utilise

as ce qu'il n'y a pas dans cette levure mais c'est la seule "grand public" que mon corps supporte.
Pour moi, acheter du pain dans une boulangerie, c'est la loterie. Baisse de moral, fatigue, douleur généralisée c'est l'effet que me font certaines levures alors, depuis longtemps, je fais mon pain. Celle-ci lève vraiment bien et est complètement anodine pour mon organisme.
