Preparation:
Add fresh: 500 g lean goulash meat (mixed), 2 peppers (400 g) and 1 large onion (100 g) Preparation: 1) Clean onion and cut into wedges. Fry the meat cubes in portions in 2 tablespoons of hot oil. Add onion and fry for a few minutes. 2) Add 450 ml water, stir in contents of bag and bring to a boil. 3) Cover and simmer on low heat for about 45 minutes, add bell bell pepper cut into strips and simmer for another 45 minutes. Stir occasionally. If necessary, add a little water. We recommend bread dumplings and white cabbage salad with it.
