It's that easy:
Fry the pork in the hot oil until golden brown, then remove. Deglaze the roast set with 375ml / 13.2 fl.oz water, stir in the contents of the bag and bring the sauce to the boil. Put the roast back in the pot and cover it with low heat or in a preheated oven at 200 degrees / convection 170 degrees for 60 minutes. Occasionally stir the gravy and turn the roast in the saucepan once.
