Preparation:
And here's how easy it is: 1) Dice 100g of cooked ham and cut 150g of broccoli into small florets. 2) Pour 300ml of cold water and 100ml of heavy cream or vegetable cooking cream into a saucepan. Stir in the seasoning mix and bring the sauce to a boil. Add the ham and broccoli and let the sauce simmer for about 3 minutes, stirring occasionally. 3) Spread 250g of chilled tortelloni (e.g., spinach and ricotta) in a gratin dish. Pour the sauce over the tortelloni. Sprinkle with 50g of grated cheese (16% fat). Bake in a preheated oven at 200°C (175°C fan-assisted) for 20-25 minutes, or until golden brown.
