Due to the high proportion of dietary fiber, the cookies are particularly crunchy in bite. By the way, the cocoa used for the chocolate is 100% UTZ Certified. Its origin can be traced back from the manufacturer to the fields of cultivation. UTZ, an ancient Mayan term, stands for "good."
