Preparation:
The preparation of the egg shell soup is quick and easy: the contents of the bag are stirred into 1 l of boiling water using a saucepan. Then boil on medium heat for 10 minutes, stirring occasionally. Ready are four plates of soup with delicious egg shells. Our Good Appetite Tip: Chop 2 Vienna sausages into small pieces and let them get hot in the soup.
