Preparation:
And here's how easy it is: 1) Slice 125g of light mozzarella. 2) Put 350ml of cold water, 100ml of heavy cream or plant-based cooking cream, and 250g of diced canned tomatoes into a saucepan. Stir in the seasoning mix. Bring the sauce to a boil, stirring constantly, and cook for 1 minute. Add 500g of chilled potato gnocchi. 3) Transfer everything to a casserole dish. Top the casserole with the mozzarella slices. Bake in a preheated oven at 200°C (175°C fan-assisted) for 20-25 minutes, or until golden brown.
