The quick pasta classic alla Calabrese with creamy spicy bell pepper sauce and parsley from MAGGI is incredibly tasty and succeeds in no time when you are really hungry but have little time to cook. In addition to the vegetarian MAGGI Fix, all you need is pasta of your choice, a small bell pepper and 100 g of cream cheese and your favorite pasta is on your plate. In just three easy steps, you can whip up a delicious pasta dish for yourself and your family (3 servings). MAGGI Fresh & Fix's Pasta Calabrese contains natural spices*, such as peppers, onions, chili, tomatoes* and extra virgin olive oil*.
For this you will need:
200 g pasta, 1 small bell pepper and 100 g cream cheese (reduced fat)
- Cooking accessories: a pot, a pan
- Servings: One bag content is the basis for 3 delicious servings
- Preparation time about 20 minutes
It's so easy:
1. Boil and drain the pasta. Cut bell bell pepper into small cubes.
2. fry the peppers in a pan with hot oil for about 3 minutes. Add 250 ml of water. Stir in the contents of the bag and bring to the boil.
Stir in cream cheese and cook covered for 3 minutes on low heat. Stir occasionally. Mix pasta into sauce in pan and serve.
Enjoy.
