Preparation:
This is how it's done: Place the sugar eyes on icings, coatings or icing just before they dry. The "eyes" can be attached to fondant or marzipan decorations or already dried icing with Dr. Oetker sugar lettering. Decorate cream or creams only shortly before serving.
