Youwill need:
450g pork tenderloin, 200g mushrooms, 100ml whipped cream, 2 spring onions

This is how easy it is:
Preparation in the pan: Cut pork tenderloin into 6 medallions. Cut spring onions into rings, mushrooms into slices. Fry medallions in hot oil and remove. Sauté mushrooms in the drippings. Pour in 200ml water and 100ml cream, stir in bag contents and bring to a boil. Add medallions and spring onions. Cook uncovered on low heat for about 8 minutes, stirring occasionally.
