Preparation:
Add fresh: 250 g / 8.81 oz salmon fillet (fresh or frozen), 225 g / 7.93 oz frozen leaf spinach and 200 ml / 6.76 fl.oz. Cooking cream with vegetable fats (15% fat) or cooking cream Preparation: 1) Defrost spinach, squeeze and place in a shallow baking dish. Place fresh, thawed or frozen salmon on top. 2) Stir bag contents into cooking cream and let swell for 1 minute. Pour sauce over salmon and spinach leaves. 3) Cook in preheated oven at 200°C (convection oven: 175°C) for 20-25 minutes. Cook frozen salmon for about 35 minutes. We recommend rice with it.
