Our Weißwurst is seasoned according to a traditional Munich recipe by experienced master butchers and gently processed in modern facilities. This Bavarian delight contains lots of fresh parsley and is harmoniously rounded off with a fine hint of lemon and mace. Even Prince Regent Luitpold appreciated Zimmermann's specialty and appointed our company founder as Royal Bavarian Court Supplier in 1906.

Preparation:
