The combination of juicy chocolate dough and refreshing cheesecake is uniquely delicious and looks good enough to eat. On the packaging you will find instructions with which the cake can be prepared in a flash. All you need to do is add cream cheese, yogurt, eggs, milk and butter. The dough is spread in the form provided and after a short time you can look forward to delicious brownies.

This is what the package contains: 419 g baking mix for the dough 27 g topping mix 1 baking tin Just add: 200 g double cream cream cheese 150 g yoghurt 3 eggs (size M) 70 ml cooking oil, e.g. B. Rapeseed oil 70 ml water 1. Preparation Set up the baking pan according to the instructions (on the baking pan). Preheat oven. Top/bottom heat: around 170°C Hot air: around 150°C 2. Prepare the topping and dough Place the topping mixture with cream cheese, yoghurt and 1 egg in a mixing bowl and mix everything with a mixer (stirring rods) at the lowest setting until smooth. Place the baking mixture for the dough in a mixing bowl, add 2 eggs, oil and water. Mix everything with a spatula to form a smooth dough and pour it into the baking pan. 3. Marbling and baking Distribute the topping mixture evenly over the dough and pull it through the mixture with a fork so that it mixes slightly with the dough. Place the pan on the rack in the oven. Shelf: middle Baking time: 47-50 minutes. Note: A longer baking time of just 1 minute has an impact on the juiciness of the cake. Let the pastry cool in the mold. Open the sides of the mold and cut into 16 pieces. The brownies can be easily removed individually using a table knife.
