This is what the package contains: 130 g baking mix for the dough 50 g mix for the topping 20 g mix with cocoa 1 baking pan Just add: 125 ml milk 1 egg (size M) 50 ml (4 tablespoons) warm water 500 g strawberries 250 g mascarpone 250 g cottage cheese (low-fat) 1 Prepare and make the dough Set up the baking pan according to the instructions (on the baking pan). Preheat the oven. Top/bottom heat: about 170°C Hot air: about 150°C Put the baking mixture for the dough into a mixing bowl/mug. Add 75 ml milk and egg and mix with a mixer (paddles) first on lowest, then 3 min. on highest speed to a smooth dough. Pour batter into the mold and smooth it out. Place the pan on the rack in the oven. Rack: middle Baking time: about 20 min. Let cake cool in pan on a cooling rack. 2 Soak the bottom Set aside 1 teaspoon of the mixture with cocoa for decoration. Mix the remaining mixture with cocoa with 50 ml of warm water. Prick the base several times with a fork and slowly spread the mixture over the base with a large spoon. 3 Prepare topping Wash, clean and halve strawberries, quarter large fruits. Place mascarpone, cottage cheese and remaining milk in a mixing bowl. Add mixture for topping and whip everything with mixer (paddles) briefly on lowest speed, then on highest speed for 2 minutes until creamy. Spread 3 tablespoons of cream on the base. Spread strawberry pieces on top, then pour remaining cream on top. Sift remaining mixture with cocoa over top and chill slices until ready to serve. Loosen edge with a table knife, unfold sides of mold and cut into pieces. Tip: If desired, replace the water for the drinker with amaretto or espresso.
