Dr. Oetker Gelfix Super 3:1 makes jams, marmalades and jellies super fruity because only 350g of sugar is needed for 1000g of prepared fruit or 900ml of juice. With Gelfix Super, you are not only free to choose the fruits, but also the type of sugar: you can use white, brown, cane or fructose as you like, giving your jam an individual touch. Dr. Oetker Gelfix Super 3:1 contains the vegetable gelling agent pectin. This ensures that your preserving creations succeed safely and reliably.

Preparation:
1. Finely chop or coarsely puree prepared fruit or measure out fruit juice and place in a large cooking pot. 2. Mix 1 tsp. Gelfix Super with sugar, stir into the fruit mixture and bring to the boil while stirring. Boil for at least 3 minutes, stirring constantly. 3. skim fruit mixture if necessary, immediately fill to the brim in prepared jars. Close with screw caps (twist-off), immediately invert and leave on lids for about 5 min.
