Preparation:
Add fresh: 400 g broccoli (fresh or frozen) and 50 g grated cheese (16% fat), e.g. Emmentaler Preparation: 1. cook fresh broccoli in boiling water for approx. 3 minutes and drain or defrost frozen broccoli. 2. stir bag contents into 300 ml cold water, bring to a boil while stirring and cook for 1 minute. 3. place broccoli in a shallow baking dish, pour sauce over and sprinkle with cheese. Bake in a preheated oven at 225°C (convection oven: 200°C) for 15-20 minutes. We recommend serving with potatoes.
