Preparation:
Freshly add: 350 g / 12.35oz pollock fillet (fresh or frozen) and 200 ml / 6.76 fl.oz. Cooking cream or cooking cream with vegetable fats (15% fat) Preparation: 1) Place fresh, thawed or frozen pollock in a shallow baking dish. 2) Stir the contents of the bag into the cream and pour the sauce evenly over the fish. 3) Cook in preheated oven at 200°C (convection oven: 175°C) for 25-30 minutes. Cook frozen pollock for about 35 minutes. We recommend serving with rice and carrot vegetables.
