With MAGGI Fix für Kartoffel Gratin, you can quickly and easily make the delicious oven dish yourself according to a classic recipe. Youwill need:
500g floury potatoes
- 50ml (4 tablespoons) whipping cream
- 50g grated cheese
Quick and easy to prepare, for 3 servings

This is how it works:
Peel the potatoes and cut into thin slices. Heat 375ml water and 50ml cream, stir in bag contents and bring to a boil. Stir in potato slices and cook covered on low heat for about 3 minutes. Stir occasionally.
Pour into a baking dish, sprinkle with cheese and bake in a preheated oven at 200°C (convection oven 170°C) for 30-40 minutes until potatoes are cooked.
