The hearty spicy ham cream sauce is ideal for pasta dishes with penne rigate, tagliatelle, spaghetti or tortelloni and is also suitable for a delicious pasta bake.
Incidentally, the similarity to the well-known and also popular carbonara sauce is very high.

How to prepare the ham cream sauce?
Mix the contents of the sachet with a whisk, in 150ml of cold water with 100ml of cream, bring the sauce to a boil and cook over low heat for 3 minutes. Stir occasionally.
Afterwards, cut 50g of cooked ham into cubes, add to the sauce and let it get hot.
Instead of - or even in addition to - cream, you can stir in 2EL cream cheese or 2EL processed cheese, depending on your preference and purpose. The resulting delicious creamy cheese sauce is also suitable for many dishes and transforms many a meal into a gourmet dish.
