This bread mix contains no yeast or flour, but relies on wholesome ingredients like wholegrain oats, flaxseed, and sunflower seeds. Each pack allows you to prepare 15 energy-rich servings and offers a convenient and simplified baking solution: simply add hot water, let it swell, and bake. Packaged in a practical pouch, RUF Favorite Bread Protein is ideal for anyone who focuses on healthy eating while enjoying a quick, gluten-free, and vegan bread.

Top and bottom heat: 180 °C
Convection oven: 160 °C
Baking time: 50 - 60 min.

1. Stir the baking mix and boiling water thoroughly
2. Let the dough rest for 5 minutes and preheat the oven
3. Grease a loaf pan (approx. 25 cm). Pour the dough into it and press it down firmly (preferably with a damp spatula or wet hands).
4. Bake bread on the middle rack
After baking, remove the bread directly from the tin and let it cool on a wire rack.
Store the bread in the refrigerator and consume immediately. Sliced, it's perfect for freezing.
