Dr. Oetker Hazelnut Glaze gives your pastries, desserts, ice cream or fruit a nutty, chocolatey crowning touch. The melt-in-the-mouth cake glaze is refined with crunchy wafer pieces and is very easy to heat in a water bath. Afterwards, a delicious and finely shiny coating succeeds without any problems. The perfect topping for cakes, muffins, desserts, ice cream or fruit!

Preparation:
This is how it's done: 1. Bring water to a boil in a saucepan, remove from heat. Place frosting bags in it and let sit in it for about 10 min. 2. dry the bag, knead vigorously and cut open. Pour glaze onto cooled pastry and spread with a knife. Note: - If some glaze remains in the bag, let the remaining amount cool and use it up within a short time. - Do not allow water to get into the glaze when heating.
