Maggi Fix for sliced meat Zurich style 50g, 2 servings
Hearty shredded and fresh mushrooms in a creamy, fine mushroom sauce, completely without cream according to a Swiss recipe and without flavor enhancers or preservatives, quickly and easily prepared.
For this you need:
250g / 8.81 oz pork strips, 150g / 5.3 oz sliced mushrooms and 1 tablespoon oil
Makes 2 servings of delicious, creamy shredded meat
Easy and quick to prepare
It's that easy:
Fry the pork strips in hot oil. Then remove the meat from the pan and fry the mushrooms. Then add 300ml / 10.58 fl.oz water and stir in the contents of the bag. Bring to the boil and then put the strips back into the sauce and let it get hot for 4 minutes.
Rice or pasta and a salad with hearty go well with thisdressing.
