The Dr. Oetker Mousse au Chocolat blanc tastes particularly noble. The white mousse melts in your mouth and convinces with the full-bodied sweet taste of white chocolate combined with crunchy, tender white chocolate pieces. What's more, this dessert speciality is very easy to prepare: simply stir into cold milk or milk and cream, whip for 3 minutes and place in the refrigerator for an hour, ready! So the dessert becomes the crowning conclusion at the feast and conjures up a heavenly moment of pleasure for friends and family
And this is how easy it is:
Mousse au Chocolat blanc for 250 ml milk (for 4 servings) 1. Rinse mixing bowl with hot water. Pour cold milk into the mixing cup. 2. add cream powder and mix briefly with a mixer (stirring sticks) on lowest speed. Then whip on highest speed for 3 minutes. 3. pour the mousse into glasses or a bowl and refrigerate for at least 1 hour.
