Preparation:
Fresh add: 400 g lean mixed minced meat, 3 large peppers (red and yellow, 750 g) and 125 g long-grain rice (20 minutes cooking time) Preparation: 1) Clean the peppers and cut into cubes. Brown minced meat in a pot in 1 tablespoon hot oil. Add bell bell pepper and fry briefly. 2) Mix in rice. Add 700 ml cold water. Stir in bag contents and bring to a boil while stirring. 3) Cover and cook over medium heat for 20-25 minutes. Stir occasionally.
Makes 3 servings, enjoy!
