Preparation:
Add fresh: 1 chicken (approx. 1 kg) or 4 chicken thighs (à 250 g) (fresh or frozen) Preparation: 1) Cut thawed chicken in half. Do not defrost frozen chicken thighs. Place cut side down on a baking sheet. 2) Mix contents of bag with 5 tablespoons oil. 3) Spread mixture on meat with a kitchen brush. Roast chicken in preheated oven at 200°C (convection oven 175°C) for 50-60 minutes until crispy. We recommend serving with French fries and raw carrots.
