Preparation:
Freshly add: 250 g / 8.81 oz salmon fillets (fresh or frozen) and 200 ml / 6.76 fl. oz. Cooking cream or cooking cream with vegetable fats (15% fat) Preparation: 1) Place fresh, thawed or frozen salmon in a shallow baking dish. 2) Stir the contents of the bag into the cream. 3) Pour sauce evenly over salmon fillets. Cook in preheated oven at 200°C (convection oven 175°C) for approx. 25 minutes. Cook frozen salmon for approx. 35 minutes. We recommend potatoes and spinach leaves.
