Preparation:
Add fresh: 500 g / 17.6 oz lean pork (e.g. from the leg) Preparation: 1) Brown meat in 1 tbsp hot oil all around. 2) Pour 400 ml / 13.5 fl.oz. Pour in water, stir in contents of bag and bring to boil. 3) Cover and simmer over low heat for about 1 hour. Turn meat halfway through cooking time. If necessary, add a little water. We recommend potato dumplings and red cabbage.
