It's that easy::
2 leeks (500g / 17 oz), 250g / 8.81 oz mixed minced meat (alternatively beef), 200g / 7 oz processed cheese, 1 tablespoon oil. Cut the leek into thin rings. Fry the minced meat in hot oil in a saucepan, fry the leek. Pour in 600ml / 21 fl.oz water, stir in the contents of the bag and bring to the boil. Cover and cook on low heat for about 10 minutes. Stir occasionally. Add the processed cheese and let it melt.
