Schnitzel fans watch out! Tender schnitzel in a creamy sauce with fresh mushrooms can be easily prepared with Maggi Fix for Jäger-Sahne schnitzel. Thanks to the simple preparation, the recipes with mushrooms and meat succeed in next to no time

For this you need:
3 pork schnitzel à 150g / 5.3 oz, 250ml / 8.81 fl.oz cream with 15% fat for cooking, 250g / 8.81 oz mushrooms, 1 tbsp oil

Easy and quick to prepare

It's that easy:
Simply cut the mushrooms into small pieces and fry them in hot oil. Then stir in 250ml of cream and Maggi Fix for Jäger-Sahne Schnitzel and briefly bring to the boil. Place the schnitzel side by side in a baking dish and pour the sauce over them. Bake in a preheated oven at 200 C / convection 170 C for about 30 minutes. Good Appetite!t!
