What you need:
500g potatoes, 250g minced beef, 100ml cream, 50g grated cheese, 1 tsp oil

It's as simple as this:
Cut the peeled potatoes into thin slices. Brown the minced meat in hot oil in a pot. Add 250ml water and 100ml cream. Stir in the contents of the bag, bring to the boil and mix in the potato slices. Put everything in a baking dish and sprinkle with the grated cheese. Bake in a preheated oven at 200 °C / 170 °C for about 45 minutes until the potatoes are cooked. We recommend a crisp salad to go with them.
