For a limited time only: perfect for a quick lunch! Simply add zucchini, peppers, mince, onions and rice, fry, add 500ml water, stir in sachet contents and cook covered for 10 minutes on a medium heat and then uncovered for 10-15 minutes until rice is cooked and enjoy!
For this you will need:
150g minced meat, 1 zucchini, 2 onions, 1 red bell bell pepper, 125g long-grain rice, 2 teaspoons oil

It's as simple as this:
Cut zucchini in half lengthwise and cut into slices about 1 cm thick. Cut peppers into strips, peeled onions into thin slices.
Fry minced meat in hot oil in a coated pan, add rice and vegetables. Add 500ml water, stir in bag contents and cook covered for 10 minutes over medium heat and then uncovered for 10-15 minutes until rice is cooked, stir occasionally and enjoy!
