Maggi Mushroom Cream Sauce is a finely balanced, classic mushroom cream sauce with delicious, aromatic mushroom pieces. Thanks to its creamy note, it is ideal with short roasts such as steaks, pork medallions or loin, schnitzel, meatballs and, of course, the classic: Geschnetzelte. But the creamy sauce also cuts a fine figure with pasta. Another popular application is the traditional Swedish Köttbullar meatballs.

Preparation of Maggi's creamy mushroom sauce:
Preparation is simple and takes very little time: stir the contents of the sachet into 200ml of cold water with a whisk, bring to the boil while stirring, and cook over low heat for 3 minutes. Stir occasionally during this process. Then stir in another 50ml - or 4EL - of cream and heat through - done.
If you like, you can also add a portion of cream cheese, depending on your own preferences.
