Quickly stir the contents of the package into 750ml of water with a whisk and let it swell for 10 minutes, now form 10 dumplings with wet hands and put them into a large pot of boiling, salted water. Let the dumplings simmer for 5 minutes on low heat then turn off the heat and let them steep in the hot water for another 20 minutes. Remove the dumplings with a skimmer, arrange on a plate and serve.
