Customer Alle produkte gut angekommen und gut gepackt. Hat etwas gedauert mit der Lieferung aber würde besstimmt nocmal bestellen

Hendrik Dieckmann I ordered 3 X packets Storck Dickmann's Schoko Strolche to be couriered to the UK. The parcel arrived on time, but due to poor packaging the content was totally squashed and totally unsightly. Despite the high cost of the Courier Service. Very sad.
Thank you for your review and we are sorry that the Dickmann's chocolate Strolche (whippet cookies) did not reach you safely.
However, this is not due to the packaging, but rather to the carriers and their deliverers.
Since we have wrapped every pack with bubble wrap and attached labels 'Caution fragile' on all sides of the shipping box, that's all we really can do.
This is a very sensitive product and if the carriers throw the packages around, then these products unfortunately arrive broken at our customers despite good packaging, which certainly does not affect the taste.
