Preparation:
Add fresh: 4 red or yellow peppers 150 g each, 300 g lean mixed minced meat, 285 g canned vegetable corn and 50 g grated cheese (16% fat) Preparation: 1) Cut a lid off the peppers and remove seeds. 2) Brown the minced meat in 2 tablespoons of oil, add 250 ml of cold water, stir in the contents of the bag and bring to the boil. Remove pot from heat and stir in corn. 3) Fill peppers with mixture, place in baking dish and sprinkle with cheese. Bake in preheated oven at 200°C (convection oven 175°C) for 20-25 minutes until cheese is golden brown. We recommend rice with it.
