Limited Edition: Maggi Fix for Pumpkin Potato Gratin 42g / 1.48oz NET.WT.
For a limited time only: Perfect for a quick lunch or dinner in the fall and for Halloween! Simply thinly slice 300g of Hokkaido pumpkin and 400g of peeled potatoes, heat 375ml of water and 50ml of cream in a saucepan, stir in the contents of the sachet, and bring to a boil.
Stir in potato and pumpkin slices and cook covered over low heat for about 5 minutes, stirring occasionally.
Place everything in a baking dish, sprinkle with 50g of cheese and bake in a preheated oven at 200 degrees C (170 degrees C fan-assisted oven) for about 40 minutes, let cool slightly and enjoy.
Tip: also works in the Airfryer: 30 minutes, at 170 degrees C, just add the cheese a little later.
