How about a hearty stir-fry with spicy paprika sauce? With MAGGI Fix für Ungarisches Geschnetzeltes you can make a quick sauce with tomatoes, herbs and finely tuned spices such as paprika, onions, garlic, chili, pepper and cumin. Simply sauté cutlets, add fresh peppers and onions - Done. Now bring the puszta into your own kitchen!
We ourselves love this sauce (prepared according to instructions without meat) with breaded schnitzel, as the "zigeuner sauce known from the past." (However, the term gypsy sauce is no longer used in modern times, as it is considered discriminatory, which is why no sauce is offered under this term).
For this you need:
250g pork cutlets or alternatively turkey, chicken or veal, 2 peppers, 2 onions, 1TL oil

It's so easy:
Simply halve peeled onions and cut into slices, peppers into strips. Fry the meat in hot oil, add the onions and peppers and fry for about 5 minutes. Pour in 350ml water, stir in bag contents and bring to a boil. Cover and cook on low heat for about 5 minutes. Stir occasionally. Enjoy your meal!
